All vendors must be able to provide any/all insurance, licenses, certifications, etc. upon approval.

VENDOR TERMS:

VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN TABLES, TENTS/WEIGHTS, CHAIRS, POWER CORDS, ETC. ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SALES TAX AND INSURANCE. 

Basic Rules:

-You must secure any tents/canopies with weights.

-If you do not show up to event day without explanation, this can result in removal from future shows with no refunds. 

-Vendors must be open and ready for business on event days, for the entirety of the event.

-Vendors are responsible for cleaning their site and the surrounding area of debris and garbage.  If you leave your site a mess, you will not be invited back!

Marketing

I understand that I am responsible for marketing and promoting both the overall event and my individual booth. While WIB may promote the event, I acknowledge that individual vendor exposure is not guaranteed.

Making a separate Facebook event page for any WIB event is prohibited. Instead of making a completely separate event page causing confusion for attendees, please just add the main event page to your business page.

Discrimination:

Women in Business Monongahela does not discriminate on the bases of race, sexual orientation, gender preference (or lack thereof), age, religious beliefs, political beliefs, etc. We do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or any other sign of hate in our show. All WIB events are a safe place for people of all races, colors and preferences. If you don't hold these same values, we are not the show for you. 

With that being said, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANYONE who does not play by the rules or who is disrespectful to guests, volunteers, staff or other vendors. You will be removed if you cause trouble.

Women in Business Monongahela and the City of Monongahela, PA, and any Employees/Volunteers of the On Main Events are not responsible for damages to vendor equipment owned or rented under any circumstances.  Vendors will participate at their own risk. The vendor hereby releases and forever discharges Women in Business Monongahela, the City of Monongahela, PA, and any Employees/Volunteers of any On Main Events from any liability, losses, costs, expenses, causes of action, claims and suits for property damage, theft of property or personal injury (including death) arising in connection with the Vendor’s participation and/or services.
